Looks like the court proceedings stemming from the ACLU suing the Fed over the NSA wiretapping will move a step forward, at least to the hearing on whether or not there can be a summary judgment striking down the wiretapping as illegal. I have a feeling that if the ACLU does win the summary judgment, then it will most likely be the end of the trial as the Bush Administration will argue that it will give up state secrets to move forward. But I am not a lawyer, so we shall see.
