Dare we dream?

Interesting word from CQ (Congressional Quarterly) that suggests that we might see BOTH the House and Senate shifting to Democratic rule.

Now, I have been through 2 presidential election cycles peppered with disaster after disaster after bitter disappointment, but maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

One issue though: the Dems have not learned how to DO politics. If they do gain the House and Senate, it is despite themselves. The Repubs Machivellian self-destruction is like manna from heaven. Frankly, the Democratic party does not deserve it. But hey, who doesn't get something they don't deserve?
